Dumb Question: Edited

Girls that are making their own CP's ( non floral etc) or making their own table numbers, how do you know how
many to make? The same question for table cameras etc....

My RSVP date is 1 month before the wedding. I wont know how many tables I will have until the final head count / all my RSVP's are in.

I want to start doing things now but how can I?

Am I missing something?

My guest list is at 195 with a BUNCH of OOT that likely wont come. I am expecting 165-170

so I am going with 17-20 Tables ....

to do my table numbers i did wait until closer to the wedding when i had most of my rsvp's in.

But as of now how many tables do you have based on your guestlist, same way the florist and you decided on how many tables when figuring out amount of cp's. You could start your table numbers now and just do a few less than the amount of tables you have as of now and then finish the rest when you get closer.

For example when i booked florist over a year before the wedding, we figured out about 25 tables. After RSVP's it ended up bing 22. You can start but just not make ALL of them
