so it turned out, we can throw something so were gonna use birdseed. Does everyone throw it? or just the bp? also, when is it handed out? lol
everyone who is waiting outside for you guys throws it, its usually in a basket sitting outside the actual room which you get married in and sometimes a bm or other person is designated to help pass them out

Most people have ushers hand it out at right before the receiving line and then everyone waits outside the the bride and groom to exit, and throw the rice.
