dumb question re: garter
i see when i look for garters that a lot of them come with two - one fancy and one plain.
why are there two? if one is to throw, which one is it? do i hold it?

the plain one is to throw. We did just one...and my mom actually retrieved it from the guy who caught it!

put the 1 you will keep on 1st
than the other,....so all he does is take the 1 closer too him off!
