Dumb ? Re: Wedding Day Timeline

Can someone share with me the 'activities' that go into the 'day of' timeline? I have no idea how specific I'm supposed to get with this thing, and my sister seems to think I should have started it already...

my ceremony starts at 4pm

my hair is being done at 9am. then my makeup at 10am.
then i'm getting to the RH at 12:30ish so i can get dressed and we'll start pictures at 1pm

Hair and makeup - what everyone starts, the order everyone is going in (all of my bms are getting hair and makeup)
Limos - what time they come, where they go
What time the photographer should arrive
What time the videographer arrives
What time flowers are delivered
