Mia--I do not know you, but I just read your post and checked out your pics and i have three things to say.
1. You are a GORGEOUS girl
2. Your dress is a GORGEOUS dress
3. Anyone who would say something like that to you is an a s s and deserves to get a stomach flu.

Helen thank you so much! I don't think i am dumpy i was just floored to hear that she would think that I would look dumpy in the dress! Shocker really but what can you do!

Anyone who would say something like that isn't someone whose opinion you should value. I'm sorry it was said and you're feelings are hurt but anyone who would say something so hurtful like that isn't anyone worthy of your time. *And I apologize if it's family... I know we can't always pick family.

Seriously what is wrong with people. Who ever said is obviously jealous and has no sense of style! I saw your pictures you are beautiful girl and your dress is gorgeous. I know you agonized over the right dress so I am sure hearing that hurt even more. Don't listen to them.

I agree. I just looked you up. Girl, you are freaking gorgeous. You're like the pretty girl who tried to dress up fat and ugly for Halloween but couldn't pull it off because she was too gorgeous. I don't think you could look dumpy if you tried!!!

I think that is why it hit me more because I had the whole dress situation and i thought I was moving on to better things! I still absolutely love my dress and that is that! Thanks for everyone's kind words you guys really know how to lift someone's spirits!

That is ridiculous...who the heck would tell a bride that!!?

I looked at your pics and you are beautiful and so is your dress..not sure how your would get dumpy out of that equation

On your wedding day when you are looking all georgeous in your dress..you should say to them 'dumpy..i think not!'

wow that is insane although i really can't picture what a dumpy bride would look like your gown is gorgeous i remember when you were undecided about the other gown both are beautiful but this time you found your true gown that person may be saying that to get under your skin
you know you look gorgeous so try and not let it get to you
