Does anyone understand the difference between DVD-R and DVD+R ?
Trying to figure it out to ask the videographer accordingly.

typically, you dont need to worry about it.. some dvd players only read a certain type of meda (either + or -) I wouldn't look far into it

If you have an old or very cheap DVD player it may not be play your DVD+R format. That being said, just about any name brand DVD player that you bought is the last year will play both formats. Unless, of course, you bought the $59.00 special at Best Buys.
