Dyeing crinoline

I plan on dying my crinoline the aqua color.

Has anyone used the premade aquamarine liquid brand by RIT Dye?

Or

Should I do the color mixing on the chart to do it myself?

Make sure the dye is super permanent! I love the idea of dying crinoline (unfortunately my dress only needs an A-line crinoline so it wouldnt really be visible) but I'm scared that it would somehow rub off on my dress.

they make that color i know they do in RIT (i think that is what it is called) just make sure you rinse it a few times in the washing machine.
