Hi all - I'm looking at these two place this coming Saturday as possible locations for my wedding. Anyone have any opinions on these? I know they are two extremely different looks. Right now I have my hopes up for Dyker Beach because it is one wedding at a time, but I bet it's more expensive than El Caribe.
Let me know if anyone has any insights!

a few of my friends went to the NYE event at Dyker Golf Club and said it was really really nice there and the food was really good!

both are great you cant go wrong at either, but i have to say i like El Caribe alil bit more. its classic and the food is endless and really good! you get soo much for your money in the cocktail hour alone lol
also Dyker Beach is great but its a smaller hall. which to us was the only real down side. food is great and the place is really pretty

El Caribe is a little more expensive, BUT it includes alot more than Dyker.
Also, the rooms are BEAUTIFUL at El Caribe and the food can't be beat.
The people at Dyker are VERY nice, but the people at El Caribe are VERY nice AND VERY professional.
El Caribe is classier, but I really did love the atmosphere at Dyker. Once you enter the grounds, you don't even feel like you are in a city. Dyker has a beautiful bridal suite.
Go visit both and you'll know which one makes you feel 'right'. Enjoy!!!

El Caribe is a little expensive for what they offer up front, but if you can negotiate then they are totally worth it.. awesome cocktail hour and the food was really good.

if your not doing anything for the superbowl, dyker is having a bridal expo. i dont have the info on hand right now but if you call i'm sure they can sign you up for it. i wouldnt mind going but no way i'm missing superbowl lol

El Caribe is amazing! I just went to a wedding there in Sept & was floored by how great the food, service, etc. were... honestly, you cannot go wrong with this place!
