I had a bad experience with them...well actually my sister did. It was her wedding and when they delivered the flowers the driver left them sitting in the sun! It was a very hot day, and when we got to the reception her flowers were dead! My BIL called to see if they can come and fix the flowers and they offered a silk arrangement when they got back from their honeymoon. I heard good stories about them... we just had a bad experience.
