Has anyone used them? If so, how were they?

Dynasty Limos - USE THEM at your OWN RISK

I used them and was disappointed that they forgot to roll out the lace runner at my ceremony. And we were good customers to them - we had 4 specialty cars, including a van (and we recommended their service to out-of-towners). That means, there were a total of 4 drivers at my church and NOT ONE of them remembered the runner! I have since called and emailed for at least an explaination, and they have not responded in any way. Not very good with customer service!
