Dynasty Limos Recap - (very long)
I just went onto the 'Vendors Helping Brides' section by chance, and noticed that Charlie from Dynasty replied to my earlier post with an explaination of why they did not roll out a lace runner during my ceremony...apparently, he is claiming that we didn't contract for one. Well, we were told that it was INCLUDED in ALL bridal packages - and, since we were a high-end customer, this was absolutely included. All Dynasty advertising boasts that the French lace runner is included. I am also shocked to find that Charlie has accused me of being 'rude and obnoxious.' This accusation is so insulting! I simply stated my opinion and dissatisfaction, which is what these boards are here for. I am entitled to express my opinions and experiences, and I believe that other brides using this service find value in it. I never said that others shouldn't use Dynasty, I merely cautioned to use Dynasty at their own risk. Maybe thru my experience, other brides will not have their runners forgotten. I think that, as a former customer of Dynasty, they owed me a personal call to explain their point of view. I think it's very passive-aggressive behavior to post a message to me on the boards. What if I hadn't seen it? I encourage all brides to use their own judgement with all vendors, not just limos. As I said before, we were happy with the rest of Dynasty's service. They did supply beautiful cars, and they were patient while we decided our specific needs. But, they did fall short on one important detail, and I don't think it's fair to cop-out and blame the bride and groom. I think that they should accept responsibility and apologize. I am the customer, and as the old saying goes, 'the customer is always right!'

More harm than good!
I think the childish and unprofessional behavior of this company has done more than you ever could to steer customers away from them. They are definetely off my list!

Mike's Cake
I think I found that site from a post on this board. I love the look of their cakes but after speaking with Mike, I found out they ship the cake via airplane to you a few days before the wedding. Yuck! I want something fresh, even if I have get something more 'cake' looking! Thanks for checking out my site :)Welcome New Vendors
