Dyson Animal

Does anyone have one?

I just opened mine up this week. The suction is so strong it is killing my area rugs even without the brush bar on. Is there something you can push to lessen the suction?

Also, it came with 2 other smaller brush bars and I cannot figure out how to connect them. The cartoon directions are pissing me off!

For a $500 vacuum, I thought this would be a lot easier!!!

yeah the suction is strong on them, but mine hasnt hurt my area rugs

i think it does a good job, but its probably the most annoying vaccuum I have ever had.. its A LOT of vaccuum to push around and I hate how all the attachments are. The one thing i hate about it is how you detach the hose and have to literally drag around the rest of the vaccuum because the tube is so tight and difficult to stretch.

I have the dyson all floors and its pretty light and easy.

Mine has a switch on the front for bare floors and carpets, if yours has that make sure it is on carpet
