I just ordered some cocktail napkins off of EBay. It shows all the colors, ink colors blah blah blah.
So I got paypal. Completed my transaction. Got confirmation.

But I was never able to put in my color preferences, text, any of that.

Will they contact me about this? Did I miss a step? I stink at ebay

Usually the vendor will have an e-mail address posted, or included in your confirmation e-mail. I just follow-up with an e-mail like 'I'm order # XXXXX. I want blue napkins with brown writing and X font.' or something like that. It's seemed to work so far!

You probably have to email them with your info. You should check the auction to see if it says it in there. HTH!!

most vendors specify to input any personalized info in the 'comments' box in the PayPal form. Just e-mail the vendor if you already submitted payment.

yeah, just contact the vendor and tell them you haven't specified color / text yet.....

I emailed them colors and text..hopefully they get it.

Otherwise...I have a bunch of plain ecru cocktail napkins
