We want a casual e-party, we were thinking of a backyard thing but w/ the catering & rental cost for everything (not to mention setup & clean up it's a lot of work & money)
Any suggestions for somthing fun, casual and nice?

Re: E- Party
We did a Sunday brunch at the George Washington Manor - just 3 hours, no music or anything like that. It was really low key and relaxing - and brunches aren't usually too expensive. You could also do a cocktail party w/ some passed hor'derhoweveryouspellthisword.

We did ours in our backyard. I have pics in my photo album. It was catered and they took care of the cleanup, but we spent the same as renting a hall or restaraunt.

my MOH / Aunt offered her backyard, who did you rent your flatware, barware etc. from how expensive was it? if you don't mind sharing...
