E-Party

I am kind of think I want one. Nothing serious like just at a restaurant or something like that. How late is to late to have one. I got engaged in Sept.

you can have one up to a year before the wedding, any closer to teh wedding and its alot of ask of your guests (an eparty, shower, bachelorette party and then wedding...thats alot of money on gifts your guests will be spending...)

you're fine, as long as its not 6 months to a year before your wedding. The only rule is just not to do it too close to your shower and wedding bc then it will be too many gifts from your guests in a short period of time.

I am doing it very small 50 ppl....We got engaged nov and the e party is going to be in April. We want to be married june 2010.

i say up to a year before. we are gonna do ours (its just gonna be a bbq with close family and friends). it'll be may of 2009 and we are getting married may 2010, so a year before.

I just got engaged in november and we booked our e party for march. Our wedding is a year and like a week later so I figured that spaced things out. We are having it like a sunday dinner thing at papa joes in Deer Park. Great great prices. I didn't want a DJ or anything and they play soft music already so it is good for conversation.
