E-Party @ Eisenhower Park

I have a question...

I think my FH and I will have our Engagement Party on Eisenhower Park (in the summer) we both are really exicted into making it there...
But does anyone knows where do i need to get the permit? Do I have to pay a fee?
Would a E-Party work out good at the Park?

I think you need a permit - especially if you are going to bbq.

I think you also need reservations - according to this site they started taking them Feb 1st, so I would move fast.
