E-party checklist

Hi Ladies! What else do I need / what am I overlooking for our e-oarty? It's at Waterzooi in garden city and is an afternoon / buffet:

I Have:
Favors ordered / favor tags delivered
Sign-in platter
Pictures of the two of us for gift table
Centerpieces ordered

Know I need to:
Order a cake
Find a dress
Finalize the menu

But what am I missing? Any thoughts or suggestions? TIA!!

Music?
Are you giving anything to your BM's and GM's that day?

also, i think it's a really cute idea to maybe encorporate your parents/grandparents pics on the table with yours..

were going to do this at ours

I think we are planning to do that at our wedding - our RH has a fireplace we can decorate with family wedding pictures. I am in denial about music - I think the restaurant will be piping in just background music - there won't be dancing or anything like that.

I am probably going to ask my bms at the party, so, I was thinking instead of buying them gifts, just giving them the centerpieces . . . is that a bad idea? It hasn't really been a tradition in our group of friends to give gifts, but I was thinking of writing out a nice card (I got these beautiful cards from MoMA) and then give them with a centerpiece at the end of the party. I'm not trying to make it a spectacle - thoughts?

i think the centerpiece thing is a really cute idea--i got them a small gift, but fsil just got engaged, and shes my moh--so in case she comes on here i cant post things like what i got her any more

For music, we also just did background music. I made a few mixed cd's with all of our favorite songs and had those playing in the background.

I think the centerpiece idea is adorable!
