E-party dress help

Ok, so my eparty is December 2nd and I got a dress: red satin. But it has tank sleeves and
a: I hate my arms and
b: feel like I might be cold.

Do you guys know anywhere I could get a cute shrug or something to cover? I don't want a wrap or shawl...they get annoying. I was thinking something beaded or even velvet.

Any suggestions?
