E-Party help!

E-Party help!

Hey guys!

Not gonna bore you with the whole sordid story, but our e-party plans fell through and we're kinda frantically looking for a new spot. Grrrrr!!! Anyone have suggestions for a place on the beach for 100-125 people? We're looking at a Saturday afternoon or evening in September. Doesn't have to be a catering hall per se, just on the beach...or at least a body of water. FI is doing some research now on weddingsitesandservices.com, but I thought I might be able to get some ideas from you helpful ladies too! I'm swamped at work right now, so my hands are kind of tied.

There is a place called La Casa that I believe does partys in Northport in Suffolk County. Is off 25A and right on the water. I mean you either walk on the 5' sidewalk or you walk in the sand. 631-757-7720.

Its a resturant so I dont know if they can handle that many people.

I know the town of Islip has a hall at on Lake Ronkonkoma which has a little beach. I had my eparty there. It is the Pavillion on Lake Ronkonkoma or the Recreation Center.

My friend had hers on Lido Beach. (Under those large umbrellas. ) It was just walking distance to the actual beach. Really was very nice. She had catering also.
