e-party invite wording (resposted)

we're having the party from 6:30-10:30, so no kids allowed. i know how to word it for a wedding, but how would you word a e-party invite? we decided on the smaller room at capt bills bc we liked it better, so now we can only have 60, which is going to be, interesting.

Short of noting that its an adult reception on the invite, I've looked all over the internet and can't find anything about engagement parties, only weddings! Try posting this in Brides helping Brides. I'm sure you'll get ALOT of help.

Maybe include a note saying if anyone has little ones you can reccommend a good babysitter and they'll get the hint?

Or maybe just explicity say 'Adults Only Party' ?

i had actually forgot to write it on the actualy invitation so i typed up a little saying and stuck it in the envelope.
it said 'To Relax, Dance & Party With Ease
This Celebratory Gathering
Is For Adults Only Please!'
