E party invites??
Re: E party invites??
I think it depends on your family. I have a very very large irish family, and it just made their lives easier rather than relying on word of mouth. Everyone actually thanked me for including them. Its up to you, for a small party, (ie. less than 40) you would probably be okay not mentioning it, but I found it easier to just stick the BBB tag in the envelope.
Re: E party invites??
no i don't think so. i did it for my e-party. my family likes to give gifts so they liked the registry cards.
Re: E party invites??
If you register, but dont include the info in your invitation, people will likely check out the major store registries anyway to see if you did, in fact, register. I had people just come out and ask me if we registered (we hadn't). Hope this helps!

Thank you ladies for your help!!
Re: E party invites??
I don't think it's tacky at all! If I was having an e-party I totally would have sent them out.
Re: E party invites??
Some of my family ended up buying some things off of ours for our E-party, so why not.
Re: E party invites??
I'm going to answer honestly, yes. Of course people are either going to buy you a gift or give you a monetary gift but I think putting your registry info inside implies that you want gifts even more. I did not put registry info in my invite because I figured if anyone wanted to know if we were registered, they could ask either my parents or fh's dad. I think the registry cards should only be included if someone else is throwing you a party. Just my opinion, you don't have to take it though.
Re: E party invites??
