For those of you that had a Luau for your e-party, what kind of food did you serve?

Lau Lau, Kahlua Pig, roasted chicken, chicken Long rice, white rice, poi, lomi salmon , okinawan sweet potatoes and chicken hekka.

of course..this is traditional Hawaiian Food and may be a bit much for your party...LOL.
