E-Party Question

E-Party is on April 23, 2005. When should I send invites? What should RSVP date be? Need to give final head count 1 week before.

I'd say send them out 2 months before and make the RSVP date 3 weeks before.

I would say to send them out 4-6 weeks before the party. Make rsvp date 2 weeks before.

I sent mine out about a month and a half before my party. My RSVP date was one week before I had to tell the place the exact head count.

Be prepared to have to call people that haven't RSVP'd by the deadline.

Thank you. Our E-party is on April 23. I checked the calendar for when to put RSVP and when to send. My initial RSVP date choice ended up on Easter, and knowing not everyone priority is RSVPing, I am putting April 2. That gives me 2 weeks before final head count.
