My photographer told me he would take our e pics one month before the wedding. When did everyone else take theirs?

Our photographer told us it was our decision. We picked the end of this month we wanted the autumn look. So the answer to your question is 9 months. Just remember you are paying if you want sooner speak up.

I'm taking mine Thursday and my wedding is in May - so 8 months. I think a month beforehand is a little late. Some people use pics on their invitations or at the reception (like on the placecard table or something) - so 1 month prior seems really early.
We took ours in August, our wedding is in May. Our photographer let us pick our date for epics. We did them early so we could use them for STDs, etc. One month prior sounds a bit late.

The reson I really wanted my E pic was to have it to put on the placecard table. I am going to call him up and tell him I want it before one month. I hope he does not give me a problem.
We took ours 4 months before the wedding. We wanted to use some of the epics at the wedding which is why we did them so early.
