E-Pic Easel & Reception Hall

So usually there is a large E-Pic or nice pic of the couple at the entrance to Reception rooms, at weddings, who provides that easel, the RH or the bride and groom?

i think it depends on the hall. Ours never mentioned it to us and we didn't plan on having a pic displayed. We had our sign in picture frame which had an E-pic in it and they just put it on the table with the place cards. I would call and ask.
