Can anyone give me a suggestion or two on an engagement picture location? I know that lots of people go to the beach but where else have people gone? I would love to hear some different ideas!
Do you two have a favorite spot you like to go to?
not particularly....i am trying to find an 'different' idea for a location. I don't mind parks around here and the beach but I do not have a really creative photographic mind...i wish we did have a favorite place haha...i went to CW Post and we spent our beginning when we first started dating there so I guess I could take the pics on the campus. I also heard of people doing the e-pics on coney island...I am totally open to ideas
In Suffolk county, I think we are gonna do our e-pics down on the docks and at the park in the Northport Harbor. It's beautiful with all the boats and the gazebo and everything.
I saw the Hempstead House on one of those wedding shows, it looks like a really nice pic location.
We're taking ours on Roosevelt Island.
I am really considering doing some pictures at grand central station. I checked on here and I really like how some e-pics that people took there came out!! Thanks a lot for all of the suggestions. I am thinking maybe C.W. Post, Grand Central Station, or the beach (my mom wants us to take pictures at the beach near me) If you all have any more suggestions keep them coming
just make sure you look into if you need permits or have to pay and what not
to promanade (sp?) in brooklyn heights is very pretty and there is a park and amazing view of the skyline...also i love the outside of the museum of natural history and then you can cross the street and go right into central park... or I am thinking of doing pics on the brooklyn bridge...oops i also forgot any of the botanical gardens are nice too
