I made an appt to have my e-pics taken in Central Park some time in April. My photographer told me I would need to get a permit for this and that is won't cost me anything. Can someone send me the link of the form I need to fill out or a phone # to call. Thanks!!

Just out of curiosity, since when do you need a permit to take pics in central park? And do the tourists know about this?

I'm pretty sure you don't need a permit for pictures. Only to get married.

It doesn't pertain to tourists or anything taken with regular cameras...its more for professional pictures and equipment. You need a permit to film anything in CP as well as wedding photography..its just standard procedure and also a safety issue.

No problem. From what I see, there is only a fee for 'wedding photography'.....

thanks! can't wait to see your pictures. we entered the park on 75th and 5th I think ???? somewhere in the 70's and went to all the fountains and our photgraphers included all the architectural elements in the park
