E-Pics

Hey ladies, how long after an engagement do you take the E-pics??? Is it as soon as you get engaged or what??

Well we took some professional ones when we were in jamaica about a month after we got engaged. But my photographer does them for free after we signed on the dotted line so we will do them next Spring when the weather changes b/c our wedding pics will be done in the Fall.

ohhhhh yea some people told me to wait until we book the photographer but than again its been 9 mths since I got engaged and Im anxoius to take them. Thanks!

I'm getting them taken on our 1 year engagement anniversary and 8 yr dating anniversary (same day)- it wasn't really planned that way from the get-go it just kinda worked itself out

it really doesn't matter.... i would say when you book your photographer... as in my case, my photographer kinda makes them mandatory cuz they are included in every package. We just picked when we are free. We're actually going next wednesday and we've been engaged since december already lol so, i don't think it really matters

I think it's all in what season you prefer! We were talking to our photographer about this last night. He said some people like to wait for the fall leaves to change, some people like summer trees, some people like winter snow. It's all up to you - there's no right or wrong way about it!

cool...I cant wait! I wondered because some friends would tell me to wait until I booked a photographer for the wedding...than some others would tell me 'oh my god you still dont have your e-pics' go figure!

Once you have your photographer - they will usually put it in as part of your package. My Photographer actually said, i'll throw those in - so he's not charging us for them. We even tipped him last night and he said he's going to send it back....if he does, we'll just get him something then!
