soo I took my engagement pics on sunday and FH made a good point to me which Im so stupied and should of thought of..were we suppose to tip our photog for taking our engagement pics?

I gave mine a $20 but hers the thing..my bro is a freelance camera op...granted hes a jib op for tv and film but he told me NO Way! i felt like i should but he told me not to. On the wedding day i will cause its 10 hours. Plus...if your photog workd for himself its not necessary because he pockets all the money....
its a matter of preference

I'm questioning it too. We're paying a pretty penny and the photographer is the owner of the business and is the only photog. It's not like it's a bunch of people working for one company... I'm not sure

I hear ya kinda same situation here, not to mention these past 2 months i been putting deposits left and right. Im over it now, I didnt do it intentionally but I dont feel so bad because I am paying alot for pics as well and I will tip him well the day of.
