Thanks! The Fire Island lighthouse, you can get there from Field 5 in Robert Moses and walk there, only about 5-10 min. They don't require any permits for e-pics, but I heard they would if you wanted your bridal party pics there... it was so pretty, there was so much you could do there, picture-wise -- the boardwalk, the reeds, the lighthouse, the buildings around it, and the beach of course.
