E-pics! and questions.

I found a photographer who is going to do them for free in NYC!!! I'm so excited! She has some great ideas for pics at Grand Central station, Central Park, and Times Square. I have to get some cute outfits!

Question for girls who did their epics away from home. Where did you put all your stuff? Bag, extra outfits, etc? Did you leave everything with the photographer??? I'm so paranoid when it comes to leaving my stuff anywhere. lol

Now the hard part. 4/10 or 4/17??? Ack, I hate making decisions. I know whichever date I pick it's going to rain so we'll either be stuck inside or have to reschedule. lol

My gut is saying to pick 4/17 because it will be a little bit later in the month, but if I do I know that 4/10 is going to be gorgeous.

That's it, I'm leaving it up to FH. Gonna make him pick...

as far as your stuff, im not sure - sorry - haven't taken epix yet...assuming u leave it with the photog

The photographers I were seeing didn't really offer different locations or wardrobe changes. I would confirm with them that it's ok to go to more than one place.

Yup, she asked me to bring extra outfits and offered multiple locations. She's trying to build up her portfolio, so the more variety, the better!

As a former photography student, I was looking for photographers that were just starting out and and some girls suggested looking at Craigslist to find students who may be just as good as some of the pros. I searched for quite a while and this girl really seemed to stand out. She has lot of talent and I really like all of the work that she has shown me. She charges very little for her wedding photography, and offered to shoot our engagement pics for her portfolio. If we like how these turn out, we will consider using her for the day of as well.

Thanks!! That's such a great idea to use Craigslist!

i would go for April 17 just because it might be warmer in the month. THe weather the day of is not something you can control. I fyou can, try to make it for May so you don't have to worry about rain showers.
If it does rain, make sure you discuss beforehand what you will do if you have to reschedule.
