Hi, we are taking our e-pics iwth TJ from Duet tomorrow!!
did you guys tip for the e-pic session? if so, how much?
Update- we had our e-pics taken yesterday by TJ- first- TJ is awesome! he was so nice and funny. im excited for our wedding day! second- it was NUMBINGLY COLD and WINDY and CLOUDY! FH and i were freezing! i had to wear my jacket in some shots because it was that cold! we went to the center divide in timesquare and i def flashed the people waiting on line because my dress kept blowing up and we were higher on the stairs. then we walked the streets of the theater district. i just wish it wasnt so cold, i feel like we are going to look so stiff in the shots because we were shivering and couldnt really smile. i had goosebumps on my face! so i hope TJ can photoshop me!
im so nervous for the proofs to come back
(we tipped him $40.)

Ummmmm Great question????!!!!! I'm going Friday and I didn't know you'd tip the photographer? Even if it's your Day of Wedding Photographer?????

We have our engagement pics today, and were tipping because our photographer is making a long drive for us.

I was thinking the same thing. We are taking ours on friday and the owner is taking our pictures. do we still tip
Update: we didnt tip because he is the owner but we didn buy him an espresso at a tea shop we stopped at

It's not necessary to tip for e-pics, esp if you plan to tip on your wedding day. We didn't tip for ours. Wedding tips add up...it's not expected for e-pics.

What do you mean all the way to glen cove? We just did our epics there with him yesterday . . .he's from Bayside, I didn't think that was too far!
ETA: we tipped him $20 and had him for a little over an hour.

Frist off... TJ is AWESOME!! You are gonna have a great time. I went last week and it was the best!
I did tip we gave $70, He drove all the way to Cutchogue so we could have our pics at a winery and thought it was only fair to give him gas money plus, something for himself.

How are you? Don't worry, it's not common...it's not necessary to tip for e-pics if you are tippping on the wedding day....Arnie and I didn't for ours and we know a lot of couples who didn't even think about it!!
