My photog recommended that we take them in a different season of the year than our wedding, so we have a real diversity of photos. Sounded like a good idea to me! We're having a June wedding, so E-pics in October (hopefully in a park with changing leaves...)

im taking mine next week so a little more then a year before my wedding (fh and i are teachers so its just more convienent to do it in the summer)

i took mine recently on June 18th and wedding is may 17, 08, so about 11 months...but i also plan to use pics for STD's

we are going to do them 12 months prior, as close to our 1 year as possible so they blend in with our wedding
we plan to do the table numbers during the shoot (as in take pics of us holding them all cute) so they will match with the time of year etc!!

I’m getting mine done almost exactly 11 months before the wedding—but that’s more a matter of convince than anything else.
