E pics this Sunday

This sunday my FH and I are driving to PA to get our E pics done. I am excited but nervous because I feel i haven't planned much for our outfits...right now I am thinking of a classic look with Khaki pants and a black sweater. I figure not too trendy could be good cause then the pics are classic. Any thoughts on a good outfit for the pictures?

Well- if it is outside you can go for the 'Classic Fall Look' Sweater with autumn colors & jeans or khakis. Or maybe even a blazer (corduroy) (Depends on your style).

maybe jeans and a sweater or long sleeve shirt since you want more casual.

Or jeans, a cute but casual top with a blazer

Wear something that makes you feel comfortable...otherwise you'll be all fidgety!!

Advice from my sister in law:

We made a mistake for our engagement pictures - I wore dark brown and he work navy blue and the photographersaid it was really hard to photograph us right next to each other.
So make sure he wears either black or blue or something much lighter in color so that the camera will better differentiate between the two of you.

What is the setting going to be like for the pictures? Maybe that can give us a better idea of suggestions.
For now I say go with the Fall look.

Well I am getting married in Bethlehem PA so we are going there and there are 2 settings. One being a really great mainstreet of the town with quaint shops and cobble stone streets and then the 2nd setting would be more of an outdorsey scene down by a creek with trees and grass and stuff...

FH and I just took e-pics last Friday. I was stressing about what to wear as well. FH wound up wearing a dark blue polo shirt and jeans and i wore a yellow sweater with dark jeans. A lot of people say that maybe you should wear the same color, but i wanted something different and something i was comfortable in. I actually picked it out the night before, after stressing for almost a week! The right outtfit will come to you! lol...good luck! can't wait to see pics

i actually think you SHOULDN'T wear the same color, you'll blend together

i love the fall theme and would LOVE to see your pics when they're done!!!

we're taking our e pics on thursday and i still have no idea what to wear... it's at the beach, so i don't know if if should go more summer-ish or go w/ fall...he's wearing a light blue button down w/ khaki's...so he's all summer-like!!!!!

any advice for me....pretty please?

If you are going to be on the beach i would go a little summerish even though it's a little chilly. I think you could still pull it off....a friend of mine wore a pretty flowy dress on the beach and the wind swooshed it and it looked soo pretty. Or you could go with a nice pair of jeans with a pretty and flowy shirt...it's so tough! lol

THanks!!! yeah, i thought i could maybe still get away with it...plus, we're taking pics exactly one year & 1 day away from the wedding, so i want it to represent the same time/season we'll be getting married next year...wow, did that make any sense??? lol

I think you should wear you should wear you letters- lol... I agree with the comments- different colors that will contrast & go together. And, I like pants so you can sit/stand & be comfortable....
PS- if you 'search' for 'epics' on here- you'll pull up a million- looks at others pics and see what you like to get ideas...

wear something that makes you feel good and comfortable! thats most important! i love the laid back look in pics..so i went for denim capris and a dress shirt..can't wait for the pics!

I don't know if this makes me crazy lolz..but I want to bring two outfits! One I want to be a cute dress and I want FH in jeans and a blazer..and the second one I want us to both me in jeans and a casual shirt.

Maybe pick out two different outfits?

I think brown and baby blue compliment eachother well and will give the pics a fall vibe. Maybe FH could wear a brown shirt and you can wear blue or vice-versa??
I think it's a good idea to wear differant color shirts so you dont blend together as other girls have said. I'd pull it together by wearing the same kind of pants..ex: jeans..kakis

Good luck!! I can't wait to see them..the place sounds so cute and cozy!!
