E-ring fixed, w-band re-sized and some advice!!!

Well, I just had a very interesting day. My e-ring split at the base where it was originally re-sized. Right in the platinum.
Im going to make a long story short....
The jeweler saw that my e-ring was oval. I guess over the past year the ring sorta sized itself to my finger (through tapping it, and just wear and tear)
So we had to fix it.
What we first did was take my 6 1/4 w-band and flatten the bottom. Its not an eternity bad but LOOKS like an eternity band. At 6 1/4 it was just a little too big and turning. So the jeweler flattened the bottom.
It worked, and was perfect. We did the SAME thing to my e-ring.
(This is NOT a great picture, but you can see how they are both flat.)
And now they are perfect!
So if its an option look into it for your rings. I think its GENIUS. And my rings will NEVER turn on my finger. When they are they DON'T feel any different.
