e-ring update

So about 2 weeks ago or so I had posted about my e-ring, well FH and I were all set on buying a new e-ring. so FH called the insurance company to ask how he can switch the insurance from one ring to the next. They asked him why he was switching and he told them what happened and the woman on the phone told him that they cover that. All we needed to do was write them a letter and they would put a claim in. Yesterday we get a letter saying they are going to pay for a new setting!!! I am so excited!! we couldn't be happier. We are going to a different jeweler because i would never ever go back to the one he bought it from. It was the worst expierence ever!
