Early Christmas Idea....

I did these plates as Christmas gifts for our family members .. you send them a photo, and they paint it onto a plate .. and they were terrific .. and the company was wonderful .. so I wanted to give them a plug again .. prior to the holiday season .. so if anyone else likes the idea .. they have time to have them made and get them back and wrapped for the holidays.

The artwork is truly amazing!! And while we did drop a bunch of money on Christmas last year to have these done .. we are so happy we did .. we even got ourselves a set .. one of my house growing up, one of hubby's house growing up, and one of our house now.

We did the town name, state on the bottom ridge of the scalloped plate design with the leafy vine rim decoration.

Hubby and I felt exactly the same way last year when I came across these .. and at first we thought about doing our 'set' at a later date .. just because of the expense .. but ended up deciding to just splurge and do it all at once .. I can not explain just how much we love those plates!!

We taped the photos we used to the backs of all the plates - just as part of the 'history.'

Thank you so much!!! This is a perfect gift for my parent's who have everything! Very cool!!
