Early Nov...Too late for short dresses? PICS

I kinda really want these Dessy 2721 knee-length chiffon BM dresses, but will it be too cold or innapropriate for a Nov wedding? I was thinking of getting the girls cream pashmina shawls to wear with them. I would be getting the tangerine color.

I wanted short dresses for october, but i am afraid if its too cold, and I am also nervous that they will look to springy

I think all the rules of long or short, choosing colors for what season your in is out the window now. if you want short I would do short, early novermber isnt that cold out.

I'm getting married in february and I really wanted tea length, but I decided at the time not to because I was told by many people that it was not appropriate, so I chose a long dress from Davids Bridal, and there was a problem with them. So now I am just going back to what I wanted and getting the tea length. It is what I originally wanted, so I am just going for it.

IMO, I would select rich fabrics for a tea length dress in the fall. If you pick flowy fabrics, then it will appear too springy.

Thanks! I kinda don't want to do something too 'fall-ish'...I kinda want something in the middle, KWIM??? This is tough!

i don't think i would go with a short dress ...

I'm doing tea length dresses.... I wore a strapless dress for my sister's wedding in March and froze my asss off and wore a thick satin dress in August for a friend's wedding and I was sweating like a pig.... they can suck it up and be cold for a while.

tea length bridesmaid dresses are my FAVORITE - but in december its not really an option so I did gowns - i think that in early Nov you are taking a chance - my FSIL got married a few years ago on Nov 13 and it flurried the night before her wedding and it was FREEZING the day of her wedding...so just something to think about

I love the third one! I orginally thought about short BM dresses but now I have picked out a pretty long one that I love because March could go either way and I don't want my BMs to freeze too much.
