Earthquake

There was a 5.5 Earthquake in Canada before. They said we were able to feel tremors here in NY and NJ. Anyone feel anything?

Didn't feel anything in Garden City...but if it was felt in Port Wash I bet it was felt in my apt...hope nothing fell off the shelves!

didn't feel it in bayside but my family is in Toronto so my sister and dad called me. They felt it majorly!

so I wrote my cousin...

so... i heard there was an earthquake by you guys???

How did you hear and yeah it was something like that i felt the house shake then danny (her brother) came outta his room asked what it was i had no idea and my mom was 2 3 towns away and was asleep with her boyfriend and it woke them up

I feel so bad, she's only 17 and he's only 13, they had no idea!!!

wow! Didn't realize it resonated in NYC as well!

Called my mom and she felt nothing.

I'm in Upstate NY and we definitely felt the tremors.

yeah everyone's ok, they're all joking about it now. we NEVER get earthquakes in eastern Canada.
