East End Winery Tour Packages?

Hey ladies! I'm wondering if anyone can point me in the direction of a company that offers transportation to a few wineries on the east end during January. I did one with my friends a few years ago but I wanna do one with just my hubs and me for my birthday weekend. I'm also open to the idea of going with a group of people we don't know.
