Just wondering if anyone knows of a nice park or outdoor area to take wedding pics at that is close to Larkfield Manor. I think we'll be able to get enough pics at Larkfield's but just want to make sure by having another place nearby in mind. Also can anyone recommend a nice hotel with honeymoon suite for us for the night before and the night of by Larkfield(East Northport)? One more question, which hotel would you recommend for OOT guests. I have a couple, not too many.

I believe Vanderbilt Mansion is in Centerport and some girls take their pictures there. Also, I think there is a downtown area in Northport where girls go.
Your hall probably knows the best hotels nearby.

The two places suggested above are really nice.
There's a Hampton Inn in Commack, right off the LIE by the Commack Road exit, that's the hotel that my cousin is thinking of using for their OOT guests for their wedding at LM.

For pics I would suggest going to Northport Village Park. Its on the harbor, has a dock and a pretty gazebo. Hopefully you can get suset pics. I have a feeling the Vanderbilt, in Centerport, which is pretty, charges to take pics but I am not sure. Their grounds are beautiful and may be worth it.
As far as hotels go - there aren't any in East Northport. There is one small hotel in Centerport that is actually very well kept and clean and is right across the street from Centerport Harbor, which is also pretty. I cannot for the life of me remember the name.
Someone else also mentioned the Hampton Inn in Commack off the LIE. Also very nice.

Downtown Northport-right by the water is gorgeous-we were just there the other day and it is so pretty-only about 5-10 minutes from the Larkfield Manor.

Thanks for the suggestions! I'll look into Northport Village park and downtown Northport. I guess my options of hotels are kinda limited to the Hampton Inn. Thanks ladies. Just trying to get an overall pic before I decide to book we Larkfield
