East Wind

Hey ladies...my sister is interested in getting married at the East Wind in June 2006...her first choice is a fancy backyard wedding but she is unsure if her new house will be ready for it by 2006. So East Wind is her back up option so far...if any of you have been to or had your wedding there can you let me know how it was and what the approximate price ranges are for a June saturday night wedding?? Thanks!!!!!!

How many people is she expecting to have? I had almost 100, we had it at the COuntry Gardens and not only is the grounds beautiful, the staff is AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am not sure on the price for a Saturday night june Wedding..I booked mine in Aptil 2003, so I am sure prices have changed since them.

Maybe give a call, they have a written standard rate and they are suually there till 9 or so at night.

Good Luck!

I Think she could definitly guarantee about 150..but probably will invite over 200..we have a big family and her fiancee comes from a big italian family..so im sure she will have plenty of people!

Here are the prices I got as of this year:

Saturday night: for Ballroom or Estate- 200 person minimum 141

We are having ours on a Sat afternoon because we couldn't make the 200 guarentee. I am paying 109 and guarenteeing 150. I don't know about the Country Gardens, but it is for smaller weddings, less than 100 or around that.

Country gardens is minimum of 100--Max about 120

If you want 200_, I think the Inn would be the place they would recommend.

I do not know the prices, but give them a call and see what they have to say....

Good Luck!

Hi!! I am getting married at The Estate at east Wind the day after Thanksgiving next year and it is absolutely magnificent there!!! We looked at the country gardens and the grand ballroom but The Estate was the most breathtaking of all!!! We looked everywhere and east Wind beat everyone elses price by far!! The menu is incredible and they were very willing to negotiate and throw in extras that we asked for....The only way I can describe The Estate is like you are walking into your fairy tale wedding!! If you have any other questions, please email me!!!

Re: East Wind

beleive me, I do not not take any offense at all...

All of East Wind is Gorgeous...its so nice that they have such different settings all at one place....

I prefer th Estate and Gardens simply because they haev their own rooms....the inn I am not crazy about for some reason....

But the Rooms at the Inn are gorgeous, and the staff all throughout East Wind were soo awesome!

I totally agree with you about the Inn!! The country gardens and estate had an ambiance about them that the inn didn't have....Just pulling up to East Wind is so impressive and I am so excited to be having my wedding there!! If you have any advice for me or any other comments about east wind, please share with me!!
