Who else was at the East Wind today for the Bridal Showcase? It's so beautiful there!

I was there!! We thought it was gorgeous...just not for us. We stopped by Vineyard Caterers after....omg I fell in love with that place!!!!

Just curious - what made you not like it? I checked out The Estate and fell in love. It was however the first place I've looked at.

Too much going on at once. We want something smaller and intimate. We cant really put our finger on it....we just knew it wasnt 'the one'. But we def. think it is a gorgeous place!

For everyone its just different...One place that one person absolutely loves another person will hate. Depends on what you like...For me high ceilings were very important and other brides couldn't care less about that and same goes with other things, what would be very important to one bride I wouldn't care less about it...Some like that cozy look and lots of wood and all that and others really dislike it...Some people get mad but to each their own. As long as you love it oh yeah and Fh lol then that is all that matters.

I went to EW for NYE and it was so gorgeous and the food was DELICIOUS! It is a little too pricey for me, though. FH would have a stroke. I am easing him into the whole wedding thing, lol.

i was at teh showcase yesterday, it was gorgeous, the grounds were immaculate even though it is January!!!! The food was excellent as well. They had alot of stuff to eat!!!!!!

I didn't go to the showcase on Sunday but I did something even better on Saturday....

Not sure where else I am looking. I saw the pictures of the Rosyln Claremont and it looks pretty. I was also thinking of looking at Jericho Terrace.

Thank you!! We booked at the Inn, the Southhampton Room. It's so perfect, it's even where we had our senior prom.
It's so hard to choose because there are SO many places and each one has its pros and cons. I really liked Jericho Terrace, especially the Dome Room. It was just too far away for our guests and we got lost each time we went there.
