Need some help... My wedding is at East Wind Estate and its a 1pm-6pm reception. We would like to have some sort of an after party since the wedding will be over pretty early. Unfortunately there are no room blocks available for our date however, the river head hilton is not too far and prices are more reasonable. Anyone else have this issue? What did you do? I was thinking of possibly getting a shuttle to bring people who want to stay at the hotel? Also anyone familiar with this hotel? Do they have a bar etc? Advice?

The girl who does the hotel blocks at the hilton is so so so nice! They have a shuttle, but it's first come first served and you have to pay for it. We have a block there, because the east wind only had 6 rooms on my date. I can FM you her info if you want. Idk if they have a bar, but the rooms are much more reasonable.

Are you and your husband going to stay at east wind and your guests at the hilton? I am thinking of getting a suite for me and FH at the hilton and seeing if we can save our comp room for another time....

The indigo in river head is great as we'll. really close and they have a bar/ restaurant you can go to with all your guests :)

We're staying at the East Wind that night, using the comp room. Some of our guests are staying there too. We're paying for the shuttle to and from the Hilton for those guests. Our wedding ends at 12:30am, so I'm not doing an after party or anything. I'm going to look for her info now, I'll FM you in a bit.
