East wind-cake

Does anyone know who we have to meet with to discuss the cake. I know East Wind using the Rolling Pin bakery. Do we call them directly or go through East Wind?

You get to look at a book at your final menu selection. I brought a picture and they said they would duplicate it!!

If you want a tasting to pick fillings you go through Rolling Pin directly.
