East Wind Inn Info
Hello Ladies! I'm newly engaged as of September and I'm finally starting to buckle down and focus on snagging a venue. While I am looking at many other venues, I recently attended a wedding at the East Wind Inn and it's been at the back of my mind during this entire process... the food was incredible! I will be scheduling an appointment to head out there once I get the time to head all the way out east, but I was wondering if anyone here had any opinions/reviews/quotes or anything to share. We are looking into May of 2016 as a potential date. Thanks!

Hey & welcome! Quotes depend on which room you like. I believe the Cottage is the cheapest & the Estate is the most expensive (the Veranda, Southhampton & Northhampton are in the middle). I was looking to get married there in The Estate for May 2016. It was my dream venue but I didn't meet the minimum # of guests. I think they wanted a 150 minimum & we'll only be having 100. We looked at the cottage which is smaller but we didn't really like it (plus surprisingly our date was already booked & this was back in June). We then looked at the Veranda but i didn't like that the cocktail hour would be on the staircase & not in a separate room. I do think the grounds are beautiful though & it's nice that they have a hotel there incase you have out of town guests.

The Estate wasn't even on my radar to be honest. I was thinking about either the Veranda or the Northhampton / Southhampton. I didn't realize the cocktail hour was on the staircase for the Veranda, I don't like that either. Thanks for helping me narrow my choices!

Thank you!! Yeah, I really fell in love with the place when I attended my coworkers wedding. I had gotten there at night and only saw the inside, I'm excited to go back during the day and see the grounds.
