EAST WIND QUESTION! HELP!!

So FH and I were going over our final list yesterday and we got into a little argument about some people he 'has' to have at the wedding. He coaches 8th grade football, but has to invite all of the coaching staff for his district- which adds up to 12 more people. I normally wouldn't make a big deal about this, but I'm worried about how many people fit ** comfortably ** in the Estate.

Any help? I know the minimum for a Saturday night is 200- and to think we worried about that and made them change it to 175 We have 260 on our list (including the football people)

The Estate is the building that stands on its own correct? If it is the one I am thinking of you will be more then ok. We looked there for close to 300. Also keep in mind the average decline is 15-20%.
