I kind of thread jacked another post so I thought I would start my own for those of us getting married at the East Wind. Post questions you have about the EW so that past EW (or anyone that knows) can answer.
I'll start:
I'm getting married at the Estate. I thought that you could choose your table linens. Is it true that they do green for the underlay and then your only choice for the tablecloth is ivory or white?

Re: East Wind Question Thread
I am getting married at the East Wind Country Gardens on 5.24.09. I am not sure about the Estate, but I know that is true in the Country Gardens. I will have the green underlay and chioce of a white or ivory tablecloth.

Re: East Wind Question Thread
I just heard back from the event planner at EW. If I want the ivory underlay I will have to rent them for $20 bucks a table. how stupid is that?

From what I understand if you want different colors you have to pay more.

Re: East Wind Question Thread
Here are some other East Wind threads incase you wanna check them out
That is interesting. I was told that they do not change the underlay. I will have to call Elizabeth and inquire about it again. Thanks for the information.

Re: East Wind Question Thread
i was just at a wedding there and i have no idea what color the underlay's were. point being if you dont want to spend the money, dont worry about it bc no one will notice.

I think it's so lame that they have to charge the 20 bucks.

Congrats! The florist there (With All My Heart) is great. You can check out my albums to see my sample. It really depends on what you want as far as price.
