Eastwind Brides

Does anyone know of a local beach pretty close to take pics at before arriving at east wind?

I dont't know but let me know if you find one because we are getting married there in april. I know there are a bunch of places, i have to ask around. If I hear of anything i will let you know.thanks

I know that there is one at the end of Oakleigh Ave. in calverton. It is on the sound and is nice because there are stairs down to the beach, some of the beaches on the sound do not have them and I think it would be difficult to get down the steep sandy bluff in a wedding gown!

Here are the directions from mapquest.
Eastwind to Oakleigh ave:

1: Start out going Northwest on NY-25A toward SOUND AVE. 0.1 miles

2: Turn SHARP RIGHT onto SOUND AVE. 4.2 miles

3: Turn LEFT onto OAKLEIGH AVE. 0.8 miles (take to the end)

Total Est. Time: 10 minutes Total Est. Distance: 5.24 miles

I am pretty sure that there is one in wildwood state park which should be a little closer, but I have never been there so check it out.
