Hi ladies. I was just wondering about placecard holders for Eastwind. They told me that they personally sit all of the guests, which I think is very nice, but how can they possibly get everyone to their seats without it becoming a big hassle of people standing around waiting to be seated and all. I was just wondering if any of you were doing place cards anyway?

I'm going to make a seating chart and put it in the front hall. I haven't asked them yet if I can do this but I don't think it will be a problem.

At Eastwind they have a list of all your guest in alphabetical order. They ask the guest their last name and then escorts them to their table. I am sure they have numerous people ushering your guest to the tables.

I did place cards when i had my wedding there 7/6
I felt the same thing that there would be a rush of people after the cocktail hr.
They did have people at the doors if they needed assistance.
